The Miniature Red Dot Sight is changing the game in pistol shooting. Embraced by competition shooters in the ’90s, the mini RDS is now mainstream, with many police departments and even the military beginning to embrace them.
The Basics
Learn about the different types, colors, reticle styles, and mounting systems of red dots, and how they work. We'll also discuss strategies for transitioning to a mini RDS and help you avoid some of the problems first-time users tend to experience.
Virtual Range
On the Virtual Range we'll shoot several different drills both with and without Red Dots so you can start to experience the benefits, and learn this new sighting system in comfort and safety.
Live Fire Range
Our live fire session will continue in the same format, shooting several different drills both with and without a dot. We'll shoot groups at distance so you can experience the difference in accuracy potential. You will also have the opportunity to shoot several different dot sizes and colors to see what works best for you.
• Scheduled class or private for two to four participants
